For green pulav : In a pan add butter,heat it,add capsicum and green chilly paste cook for 2 min.
Then add Salt to taste,boiled rice,coriander,spring garlic and mix well.
For red pulav: In a pan add butter,heat it add tomato putt,cook for 4 min till butter reduced,then add red chilly powder,salt,boiled rice and mix well.
For white pulav : In a pan add butter,heat it,add onions cook till soft,then add salt,black paper powder,boiled basmati rice and mix well.
Now take any shape mould,apply butter,arrange red pulav ,press with spoon,then arrange white pulav on it and press,then arrange green pulav on it and press,then unmould it in serving dish and garnish with sliced apple.
