wash and Soak dosa rice overnight.
Drain the water in morning, add in Mixie jar.
Combine cleaned ripe jackfruit bulbs, jackfruit bulbs, cardamom powder, Jaggery, salt, coconut, water.
Grind smoothly together.
Heat water in idli steamer.
Grease idli moulds with coconut oil.
Add ground thick batter in each mould, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Check the cookness, if not continue still 5 more minutes.
Open the lid and allow it to cool down for 5 minutes, demould idlies.
Add idlies one after another in shyavige press.
Press the jackfruit idlies and serve with ginger chutney or plain with coconut oil.
It is so sweet, yummy and tasty jackfruit shyavige.
