Take 1 bowl rice and wash it.
Take 1 bowl peas and wash this too.
Now heat the pressure cooker and put ghee in it.
Now add jeera, bay leaf and cardamom
After that add tomato pure to it.
Saute it for few minutes so that the puree is cooked and turns its color.
Now put all the ingredient in it including rice and peas.
Saute it and add double water of rice.
Cover it with the lid.
Give 1 whistle to it.
After that open the lid and garnish this red color biryani with chopped corriander leaves.
Serve it with raita or plain curd
