  • For mango ice:- Mango pulp 2 cup

  • Sugar 2 tbsp

  • Mint leaves 15 to 20

  • For mojito:- Lemon 2

  • Mint leaves 15

  • Sugar 4 tbsp

  • Sprite or soda 2 glass


  • First make mango ice. In the pulp add sugar and mint leaves and grind it. Pour the mixture into ice tray and keep in freezer.
  • When the mango ice is set prepare mojito.
  • For mojito in a bowl cut lemon n pudina and crush a little. Devide the mixture into 2 equal parts and pour in each glass.
  • Now add 2 tbsp powdered sugar in each glass. Give it a mix.
  • Now add the mango ice as you require. Atleast add 4 to 5.
  • Now pour sprite or soda water in each glass n stir. Your mango ice mojito is ready to enjoy.
  • Serve in masoon jars or glass. While serving in glass dip the rim of the glass in powdered sugar. Decorate with lemon and pudina and serve.
