Choco golgappa:Keep aside 50 grams each chopped sweet cherries & tooti frooti
Crack centers of 10 puris & coat the outer side using 50 mili litres melted chocolate
Keep inverted on a plate for 10 minutes for chocolate coating to dry
Fill up puris with chopped tooti frooti and cherries & keep aside
Pizza golgappa:Melt 1 tablespoon butter & sauté1 onion,50 grams each bellpepper & sweet corn for 10 minutes
Crack the center and fill up 10 puris using the sautéed veggies
Add 1 teaspoon chopped tomatoes on each and 1 teaspoon cumin powder, followed by 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
Add 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves followed by 1 teaspoon grated mozzarella cheese
Microwave for about 2 minutes till the cheese melts slightly
Add 1 teaspoon tamarind syrup on each puri
Add 1 teaspoon green chilly chutney followed by 1 teaspoon grated cheese. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on each
Serve Choco Golgappas topped with 1 teaspoon melted white chocolate and Choco shaves
Add more cheese before serving pizza golgappa (optional)
