Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup cream


  • 1 cup full fat Greek yoghurt


  • 2 teaspoon gelatin


  • 3/4 cup sugar adjust


  • 3 tbsp cold water


  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  • 4 tbsp walnuts


  • 1/4 cup honey adjust

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix 1/2 cream and yoghurt well
  • Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Stir lightly. Rest for 5 to 10 minutes until spongy
  • In saucepan , dissolve sugar in remaining cream over low heat
  • Over low heat or microwave until gelatin dissolves completely
  • Add gelatin to sugar mixture and mix well. switch off
  • Add this to yoghurt mixture and mix well
  • Add lemon juice and whisk well
  • Pour in serving glass. Chill for 2-3 hours
  • Drizzle with honey and top with walnuts. Serve cold
