Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup cream

  • 1 cup full fat Greek yoghurt

  • 2 teaspoon gelatin

  • 3/4 cup sugar adjust

  • 3 tbsp cold water

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 4 tbsp walnuts

  • 1/4 cup honey adjust

Directions

    In a bowl, mix 1/2 cream and yoghurt well

  • 02

    Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Stir lightly. Rest for 5 to 10 minutes until spongy

  • 03

    In saucepan , dissolve sugar in remaining cream over low heat

  • 04

    Over low heat or microwave until gelatin dissolves completely

  • 05

    Add gelatin to sugar mixture and mix well. switch off

  • 06

    Add this to yoghurt mixture and mix well

  • 07

    Add lemon juice and whisk well

  • 08

    Pour in serving glass. Chill for 2-3 hours

  • 09

    Drizzle with honey and top with walnuts. Serve cold
