Ingredients

Serves 3

  • over night soked brown beens 2 cup

  • Onion 1

  • Tomato 1

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Corriander powder 3 tsp

  • Tamarind lemon size 1 ball

  • Coconut paste 2 tsp

  • Tumeric powder 1 tsp

  • seasame oil 1/2 cup

  • Musturd seeds 1 tsp

  • Fried papad 2 to 3(optional)

Directions

    Add oil in cooker add musturd

  • 02

    After it pop add onion. Fry upto it colour change

  • 03

    Add tumeric, corriander powder, chilli powder, salt fry for min

  • 04

    Add salt, tomato and brown beens fry for min. close lid and cook it for 5 whistels.

    After it cooked add tamarin water and keep for 1 whistels

  • 06

    Finally Add pieces of fried papad mix or Spread with rice for taste.

    Ready to serve with ur favorite side dish.
