wash and cook the rice over medium heat without lid, add oil salt and turmeric powder
Cook until almost done. Drain excess water. Allow to cool
in a large Pan melt butter add onions and saute until translucent
add ginger garlic paste and stir fry until raw Aroma goes away
Add tomatoes and cook until they are soft
Mash all the veggies well using potato masher
Lightly mash potatoes and add to pan. Mix well
Add capsicum and stir fry for 2 minutes. Capsicum should retain the crunchy taste
Add red chilli paste, pav bhaji masala, salt and water. Mix well
Cook for 4-5 minutes
Add lemon and mix
Add rice and gently mix without breaking grains
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with raita
