Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups long grain white/ brown rice


  • 2 1/2 cups chicken/vegetable stock


  • 1 nos egg


  • 2 tsp pizza sauce


  • 2 cups grated mozzarella


  • 1 tsp tomato sauce


  • 2 nos garlic cloves finely chopped


  • 1 tsp oregano


  • 3 tsp olive oil


  • 2 tsp red chilly flakes


  • 1 nos capsicum sliced


  • 1/2 cups mushrooms sliced


  • 1 nos tomato sliced


  • 1/2 cups chicken kheema


  • 1 piece amul cheese


  • 1 nos red onion thinly sliced

Directions

  • preheat oven to 300 degree F.
  • In a medium size sauce pan add RICE and chicken stock. Let it cook till the water is absorbed. Fluff rice with a fork and set aside to cool.
  • In a bowl combine the RICE, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, some salt, mixed herbs and mix it well.
  • grease a pizza pan with olive oil and press the mixture gently.
  • Bake it for 4 minutes. Meanwhile take some olive oil in a pan, add some garlic and chicken kheema. Cook it on low flame until it is cooked.
  • Take out the pizza and spread some tomato sauce at the bottom. Add the chicken kheema and next spread the pizza sauce on it.
  • Arrange capsicum, mushrooms, sliced onions,tomato and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese, amul cheese on top.
  • Drizzle some olive oil on top and bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. sprinkle some oregano , chilly flakes and serve hot.
