preheat oven to 300 degree F.
In a medium size sauce pan add RICE and chicken stock. Let it cook till the water is absorbed. Fluff rice with a fork and set aside to cool.
In a bowl combine the RICE, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, some salt, mixed herbs and mix it well.
grease a pizza pan with olive oil and press the mixture gently.
Bake it for 4 minutes. Meanwhile take some olive oil in a pan, add some garlic and chicken kheema. Cook it on low flame until it is cooked.
Take out the pizza and spread some tomato sauce at the bottom. Add the chicken kheema and next spread the pizza sauce on it.
Arrange capsicum, mushrooms, sliced onions,tomato and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese, amul cheese on top.
Drizzle some olive oil on top and bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. sprinkle some oregano , chilly flakes and serve hot.
