Ingredients

Serves 4

  • For Pomegranate Water (Red Pani)

  • • Fresh Pomegranate Seeds / Anaar – 1 cup

  • • Water – 1 + 1/2 cup

  • • Sugar – 2 tsp

  • • Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp

  • • Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp

  • • Ice Cubes – 5 to 6 nos

  • For Spinach Water (Green Pani)

  • • Spinach Leaves / Palak – 2 cup

  • • Water – 1 + 1/2 cup

  • • Mint Leaves / Pudina – 7 to 8 nos

  • • Tamarind Pulp / Imli Chutney – 2 tsp

  • • Green Chillies – 3 to 4 small

  • • Salt – 1/2 tsp

  • • Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    For Pomegranate Water (Red Pani) • In a blending jar, add 1 cup of Pomegranate Seeds, 2 tsp of Sugar, 1 cup of Water and blend into Juice.

    • Now in a mixing bowl, drain the Pomegranate Juice with the help of sieve (chalni).

    • Add ½ cup of Water in the mixing bowl by just roughly washing the blending jar.

    • Now add ¼ tsp of Black Pepper Powder, ½ tsp of Chaat Masala and few Ice cubes.

    • Mix well and now Red color Pani (Pomegranate Pani) is ready.

    • Serve with Rava Puris filled with Aloo stuffing.

    For Spinach Water (Green Pani) • In a blending jar, add 2 cup of washed Spinach (Palak) leaves, 7 to 8 nos of Mint (Pudina) leaves, 3 to 4 small Green Chillies, 1 cup of Water and blend into nice Juice.

    • Now in a mixing bowl, drain the Spinach Water with the help of sieve (chalni).

    • Add ½ cup of Water in the mixing bowl by just roughly washing the blending jar.

    • Now add ½ tsp of Chaat Masala, ½ tsp of Salt, 2 tsp of Tamarind (Imli) Chutney

    • Mix well and now Green color Pani (Palak Pani) is ready.

    • Serve with Rava Puris filled with Aloo stuffing.
