To a bowl of 200 gms left over Upma, add 350 ml of idli Batter. Mix well to remove the lumps if any.
Grease the idli moulds and pour the batter to 1/2 the level of the mould.
Heat water in a steamer and place the moulds in the steamer. Cover and steam it for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame.
Serve it hot with chutney or sambar or tangy dal gravy.
