Ingredients

  • 200 gms left over upma


  • 350 ml fermented idli batter


  • Water 50 ml or a little more

Directions

  • To a bowl of 200 gms left over Upma, add 350 ml of idli Batter. Mix well to remove the lumps if any.
  • Grease the idli moulds and pour the batter to 1/2 the level of the mould.
  • Heat water in a steamer and place the moulds in the steamer. Cover and steam it for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame.
  • Serve it hot with chutney or sambar or tangy dal gravy.
