Take a pan heat ghee
Add zeera ,green chilli
Add paneer and boiled peas
Spread salt
Add rice mix well
Make a paste with garlic,ginger,red chilli ,1 tsp zeera ,coconut ,biryani masala
Take another pan heat 1 tbsp ghee
Add onion chopped
Saute it 2 min.
Add paste
Saute it till 5 min.
Add coconut milk and greated coconut
Keep it low flame for 10 min
Take a foil paper
Spread rice layer
Spread curry layer
Again spread rice layer
Again Spread curry layer
At last spread rice layer
Roll the foil paper
Now take a oven trey
Put roll on it
Keep it convention mode 200℃ for 20 min.
Serve hot with raita
