Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 cup boiled basmati rice


  • 150 gm paneer


  • 1 cup green peas


  • 1 1/4 tsp zeera


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 2 tbsp pure ghee or butter


  • 2 tsp salt


  • For curry,,,,,,1 onion chopped


  • 1 cup greated fresh coconut


  • 1 cup coconut milk


  • For paste,,,,4 garlic


  • 6 red chilli chopped


  • 3 tb sp greated coconut


  • 4 cardamom


  • 1 piece of ginger


  • 2 tsp biryani masala

Directions

  • Take a pan heat ghee
  • Add zeera ,green chilli
  • Add paneer and boiled peas
  • Spread salt
  • Add rice mix well
  • Make a paste with garlic,ginger,red chilli ,1 tsp zeera ,coconut ,biryani masala
  • Take another pan heat 1 tbsp ghee
  • Add onion chopped
  • Saute it 2 min.
  • Add paste
  • Saute it till 5 min.
  • Add coconut milk and greated coconut
  • Keep it low flame for 10 min
  • Take a foil paper
  • Spread rice layer
  • Spread curry layer
  • Again spread rice layer
  • Again Spread curry layer
  • At last spread rice layer
  • Roll the foil paper
  • Now take a oven trey
  • Put roll on it
  • Keep it convention mode 200℃ for 20 min.
  • Serve hot with raita
