Preparation of caramel sugar - Take 1.5 tbsps of sugar into a saucepan. Stir it continuously over a medium flame until it turns into honey brown. Then switch off the flame. Keep it aside.
Heat ghee in another pan over a medium flame. Add dry fruits (almonds,raisins) and fry them until golden brown in color.
Add sugar ,boiled rice ,cardamom powder and crushed star anise to it. Mix well.
Turn off the flame to low and pour the prepared caramel sugar to the above mix.
Cook for a minute . Turn off the flame.
Transfer the aromatic sweet rice into a serving bowl.
