Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 litre full fat milk


  • 1/4 cup basmati rice


  • 5 to 6 tbsp sugar or as required


  • 6 green elachi powder


  • 1 pinch saffron


  • 15 to 20 almond sliced


  • 12 cashew


  • 1 tbsp raisins

Directions

  • Heat milk and let it come to a boil.
  • add basmati rice and stir rice becomes soft.. When done add sugar, raisins and cardamoms. Stir till sugar gets dissolved properly. Transfer into a serving dish and garnish with almonds. Serve hot or chilled.
  • And add dry fruits..and garnish with chopped almonds and fig slice..
