Heat oil in a wok.
Add cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Now add peanuts and fry for a minute.
Add dried red chillies and green chillies and let it fry.
Add curry leaves and let them splutter
Now add turmeric powder, salt and mix . Saute for few seconds
Add lemon juice to the boiled rice and mix nicely.
Now add the tempering in the rice and give it a gentle mix.
Sprinkle grated carrots and fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
