Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 4 cups rice ings to make flour


  • 2 cups poha


  • 1 cup urad dal


  • 1 cup phutana dal


  • 3 tbsp jeera


  • 2 tbsp akha dhania


  • 2 cups oil slightly warm ings to make chakli3


  • 2 tbsp jeera


  • 2 tbsp ajjwain


  • 3 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds


  • 3 tbsp salt


  • 3_4 glasses of warm water

Directions

  • Firstly dry roast rice poha dal and all the other ings mentioned above to make the flour for chakli
  • Roast it nicely for about 25 mins on low flame keep stirring in intervals
  • Off the flame and let it cool.
  • Once cooled nicely give the mixture for grinding in a flourmill
  • Now once your flour is ready mix all the spices
  • Now take luke warm water and knead the dough .
  • Take little flour at a time to knead.
  • Now put the dough in a chakli maker and make shape.
  • Deep fry on medium flame.
  • Keep on a kitchen towel to soak the excess oil.
  • Once all are fried well let them.cool nicely.
  • Put them in a airtight container and enjoy with tea coffee
