Firstly dry roast rice poha dal and all the other ings mentioned above to make the flour for chakli
Roast it nicely for about 25 mins on low flame keep stirring in intervals
Off the flame and let it cool.
Once cooled nicely give the mixture for grinding in a flourmill
Now once your flour is ready mix all the spices
Now take luke warm water and knead the dough .
Take little flour at a time to knead.
Now put the dough in a chakli maker and make shape.
Deep fry on medium flame.
Keep on a kitchen towel to soak the excess oil.
Once all are fried well let them.cool nicely.
Put them in a airtight container and enjoy with tea coffee
