Ingredients

  • 5 Potato medium size

  • 1/4 cup Paneer

  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Pizza masala

  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes

  • 1/4 teaspoon Black paper

  • to taste Salt according or 1/2 teaspoon

  • Butter 1 tablespoon

Directions

    Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 200℃ Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake until tender when pierced with a fork, about 1 hour . Transfer the potatoes to a cutting board and let sit until cool enough to handle.

    Cut a 1/2-inch-thick slice lengthwise off the top of each potato; scrape the flesh from the slices into a large bowl and discard the skins. Spoon the flesh from the potatoes into the bowl, leaving a 1/4-inch shell.

    Add the paneer, Mozzarella cheese , potato ;Pizza masala, butter ,Red chilli flakes,. Black paper and salt mix very well

    Using your fingers, rub the outsides of the potato shells with the oil. Distribute the filling among the shells, and place on a baking tray

  • 05

    Bake the potatoes, uncovered, until heated through, 15 to 20 minutes

  • 06

    bake until the cheese melts and browns lightly in some places
