Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 5 Potato medium size


  • 1/4 cup Paneer


  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese


  • 1 tablespoon Oil


  • 1 teaspoon Pizza masala


  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes


  • 1/4 teaspoon Black paper


  • to taste Salt according or 1/2 teaspoon


  • Butter 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 200℃ Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake until tender when pierced with a fork, about 1 hour . Transfer the potatoes to a cutting board and let sit until cool enough to handle.
  • Cut a 1/2-inch-thick slice lengthwise off the top of each potato; scrape the flesh from the slices into a large bowl and discard the skins. Spoon the flesh from the potatoes into the bowl, leaving a 1/4-inch shell. 
  • Add the paneer, Mozzarella cheese , potato ;Pizza masala, butter ,Red chilli flakes,. Black paper and salt mix very well
  • Using your fingers, rub the outsides of the potato shells with the oil. Distribute the filling among the shells, and place on a baking tray
  • Bake the potatoes, uncovered, until heated through, 15 to 20 minutes
  • bake until the cheese melts and browns lightly in some places
