200 gms rice wash & soak for 5_10 mins
1 cup cabbage finely chopped
1 carrot grated
1/2 yellow & red pepper
6_7 green chillies
1 head garlic
1 cup palak
4 tomatoes make a puree
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp dhania powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp biryani masala
1 tbsp salt
Firstly cut onion and all peppers in lenghtwise.
Make a tomato puree
Coarsely grind chillies & garlic
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and saute gg paste..
Now add all the veges and cook till they are half tender.
Add all the spices and palak puree and tomatoes and cook till oil seperates..
Now put the rice mix well n roast for few mins
Now add water accordingly and cook till done. Serve hot..
