  • Milk 500 ml

  • GMS powder 1 1/2 tbsp

  • CMC powder 1/4 tsp

  • Milk powder 2 tbsp

  • Corn flour 2 tbsp

  • Sugar 6 tbsp

  • Strawberry Crush 5 to 6 tbsp


  • First boil the milk and before boiling reserve 1 cup of milk
  • Now in a bowl mix together GMS powder, CMC powder, milk powder, corn flour, sugar and 1 cup of milk. Mix so that no lumps remain.
  • When the milk starts boiling add this mixture and stir continuously for 3 to 4 minute. Turn off the flame. Now let the mixture come to room temperature
  • When the mixture is completely cool pour it into a aluminium box with lid and freeze for 5 to 6 hours.
  • After 6 hours or when the base is completely set take ice cubes in a big bowl and add some water to it.
  • Now place another bowl over it n pour the base into it. And start blending it.
  • First blend in low speed then increase the speed with time and blend until the icecream doubles in size and becomes creamy n soft in texture. It will take approx 15 minutes.
  • Now add strawberry Crush to the icecream. Taste it if needed add more. No need to add any color or essence. Crush have itz own color n flavour.
  • Now pour the icecream into a air tight container and freeze for 5 6 hours. Serve!!!
