Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • hung curd 250 grams


  • Melted chocolate 1/4 cup


  • heavy Cream 1/4 cup


  • Powder Sugar 1/4 cup


  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • 1 egg


  • For sugar syrup- 5 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  • In a bowl whisk egg with half whisker
  • Add hung curd, sugar, cream, salt and melted chocolate
  • Mix it well and keep aside
  • Take a saucepan, add sugar
  • In a low flame continue stir the sugar with a spoon
  • When sugar melted properly switch off the flame
  • Pre heat the cooker in high flame
  • Take a still tiffin box, add sugar syrup
  • Then add yogurt mixture
  • Close the lid
  • Keep it into the cooker
  • Pour water half of the tiffin
  • Close the cooker lid without the wissel
  • Steam for 35 minutes in low flame
  • After 35 minutes switch off flame
  • Take out the box from cooker
  • Keep it in freeze for 3 to 4 hours
  • Serve it chill
