  • Rice flour 1/2 bowl

  • All purpose flour 1/2 cup

  • Blanched spinach 1 bowl

  • Green chilly paste 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger paste 1/2 tsp

  • Butter 2 tbsp

  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp

  • Oil for frying 1 cup

    Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,rice flour,blanched spinach,white sesame seeds,butter,ginger and green chilly paste and salt and mix well. With the help of water make a soft dough. Now place the dough in a sev machine with star nozzle and squeeze the dough into hot oil and fry until golden brown. It takes one to two mins. Serve hot with tea.
