Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup rice


  • 2 tbsp sago


  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tbsp baking powder


  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Soak rice and sago together for 5 hours
  • Boil rice with enough water in a pressure cooker
  • Add cumin seeds,salt and baking powder
  • When it goes boiled switch off the flame
  • Now make a smooth dough
  • Choose a plate with your choice of shape
  • You can use machine star shape or clove shaped whole plate
  • Spread a clean plastic sheet
  • Fill and press the rice dough
  • Squeeze into straight lines and repeat the process to finish
  • Dry in sunlight or fan
  • The next day it will be fully dried
  • Fry in enough oil and strain in paper napkin
