Add ajwain, salt and oil with maida flour.
Knead it into a soft dough.
Cover it with a wet cloth for 30 minutes.
For stuffing cook potato in the cooker.
Mash the cooked potato.
In a hot kadai add 2 spoons oil.
Saute finely chopped onions.
After sauting for five minutes add ginger garlic paste.
Saute until raw smell goes.
Add chilly powder, garam masala and salt.
Saute for 2 minutes
Add mashed potatoes.
Mix everything well.
Stuffing is ready.
Make big chapathi with Maida dough.
Spread the stuffing over this chapathi into a thin layer.
Roll it tightly.
Cut it into small circles.
Flat the circles .
Dip the circles in Maida solution.
Now deep fry these circles.
