Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 2 cups leftover cooked rice

  • 5 tbsp grated carrot

  • 5 tbep finally chopped green onion whites and green

  • 1/2 chopped cabbage

  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup besan

  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder

  • 1/4 tsp hing

  • 2 tsp chopped green chillies

  • 2 tbsp hung curd

  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 5 1/4 tsp oil

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mit well to make a batter of dropping consistency using enough water.

    Heat a pan and grease the oil.

    Pour batter on it spread in to a circular .

  • 04

    Cook the both side.till it turns golden brown in colour. Using oil.

    Serve hot.with sauce.
