1. Boil rice with salt, n whole Garam masala. N keep aside. 2. For mushrooms, Clean n cut the mushroom in big sizes. 3. In a PAN, add oil, chopped onion n Saute till light brown in col. Add ginger garlic paste, Add chopped tomatoes, Haldi, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, Garam masala powder n biryani masala powder . Now once the tomatoes r done n oil floats, add the mushrooms n cook on high flame. Add salt, n cook. Add little curd, Kasuri methi n little water. 4. Set the biryani layer wise, adding chopped coriander leaves too. 5. Keep on dum for 40-45 minutes. Serve hot. 6. Raita has chopped onion, chopped cucumber n chopped tomatoes, garnish with green coriander leaves. Add salt to taste. Happy cooking.
