Soak rice for atleast 30 minutes
In a bowl add minced chicken, ginger and garlic paste, black pepper, salt, soya soya sauce, coriander leaves and mix nicely.
Make small balls from this chicken mixture and keep aside.
Drain water from rice and divide it into 3 parts.
In first part add orange colour and give it a mix.
Similarly, in 2nd part add green colour and mix nicely.
Now roll your chicken balls on the coloured rice and gently press them so that rice is stuck on the balls.
Now steam the balls for 20 minutes.
