Ingredients

Serves : 7
  • 1/2 cup rice


  • 200 gms minced chicken


  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp Salt


  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce


  • 2 drops of orange colour


  • 2 drops of green colour


  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • Soak rice for atleast 30 minutes
  • In a bowl add minced chicken, ginger and garlic paste, black pepper, salt, soya soya sauce, coriander leaves and mix nicely.
  • Make small balls from this chicken mixture and keep aside.
  • Drain water from rice and divide it into 3 parts.
  • In first part add orange colour and give it a mix.
  • Similarly, in 2nd part add green colour and mix nicely.
  • Now roll your chicken balls on the coloured rice and gently press them so that rice is stuck on the balls.
  • Now steam the balls for 20 minutes.
  • Colourful Chicken stuffed Rice flowers are ready to be served.
