Make two different colour dough mixing with wheat, flour, salt & oil. For red dough add beetroot paste.
Make two different size roti.Make some holes on other colour roti. Apply some water on plain roti & place the hole roti on it.Seal it well.
Heat butter & fry it like chapati.
For filling, heat butter, add chopped onion, capsicum,tomato & beans.Saute it for a while.
Add boiled & mashed potato & mix it well.Keep aside.
Now take a parantha, put some mixture in the centre of the parantha.Add some chopped cucumber onion, chat masala & lemon juice.
Apply some tomato sauce, wrap it well & serve.
