  • Cooked rice...2cup


  • Mixed veggies (capsicum, carrot etc.)...1bowl


  • Chopped onion...1


  • Ginger paste...1tspn


  • Chopped tomato...1


  • Tomato sauce...1tspn


  • Green chilli sauce...1tspn


  • Salt...1tspn


  • Lemon juice...1tspn


  • Egg...2


  • Butter...2tspn


  • Cumin seeds...1teaspn

Directions

  • Heat cumin seeds & 2tspn butter & add chopped onion, ginger paste.Saute it for a while
  • Add all veggies & salt.
  • Add cooked rice & tomato sauce.
  • Now blend 2 eggs with salt, turmeric powder & red chilli powder.
  • Make a smooth mixture of rice.
  • Heat butter again & pour 1 big spoon rice mixture.Fry it both sides in low flame.
  • Yummy rice pan cake is ready..Serve it with sauce.
