  • Mixed sprouts..1cup

  • Flatten Rice..1bowl

  • Sliced Kanda..2

  • Jeera..1/2tsp

  • Mustard seeds..1/4tsp

  • Curry leaves..4pcs

  • Turmeric powder..1/2tsp

  • Red chilli..1/3tsp

  • Salt..1 1/2tsp

  • Oil..2tsp

Directions

    Take a wok add oil,then oil r heat add mustard seeds N Jeera r crackle then add sliced onion saute at 2 minutes add sprouts and all masala.

    Then take a flatten rice wash in running water and squeeze then add in sprouts mix well .

    Serve hot flatten rice.
