Ingredients

  • Rice..2cups

  • Par boiled Chana dal..1cup

  • Chop garlic1/2tsp

  • Chop ginger..1/4tsp

  • chop onion..2

  • Chop green chilli..1

  • Salt..1 1/2tsp

  • Red chilli powder..1/4tsp

  • Turmeric..1/4tsp

  • Crushed black pepper..1/2tsp

  • oil..2tsp

  • Water..4cups

Directions

    Take a chana dal wash and soaked for 2 hours.

    After two hours then par boil chana dal.

  • 03

    Take a rice wash and soaked for half an hours.

  • 04

    After half an hour take a wok add oil ,then oil heat add jeera and garlic saute add onion snd ginger saute then add all masala and chana dal saute few seconds.

    Then add rice saute few seconds then add water and covered.

  • 06

    After 10 minutes ready chana dal pulao.

    Serve hot chana dal pulao.
