Ingredients

  • 1.For watermelon purée:


  • 2 cups watermelon,chopped


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2. For Mango Puree:


  • 1 1/2 cups mango,chopped


  • 4 tbsp sugar


  • 3/4 - 1 cup water

Directions

  • Watermelon Puree: In a juicer jar,add the watermelon,sugar and lemon juice.Grind it to a purée consistency and keep aside.
  • Mango Purée: In a juicer jar,add mango,sugar and water.Grind it to purée consistency and keep aside(you can filter the fibers).
  • ill half of the popsicle mould with watermelon purée and remaining with mango purée.Cover it with a lid.
  • Freeze it for minimum 6 hours or overnight.
  • Note: 1.Add sweeteners as per your choice,like honey or maple syrup,etc. 2.For demoulding,place the popsicle mould under warm water for a minute.
