Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 l milk


  • 1/2 c rice


  • 1/4 c sugar


  • 1 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 tbsp melon seeds


  • 2 tbsp raisins


  • 1 tbsp dry coconut grated


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tbsp almonds and pistachios chopped

Directions

  • First wash and soak rice.
  • Now boil milk and keep half cup for cornflour paste.
  • Now add rice in milk and cook 3/4 milk cooked.
  • Now add cornflour in milk and add in kheer.
  • Stir continue. Otherwise lumps formed.
  • Now add sugar, raisins.
  • Cook till milk half.
  • Now switch off gas and add melon seeds, cardamom powder and coconut.
  • Now chilled in fridge and serve. Decorate with almonds and pistachios.
