First wash and soak rice.
Now boil milk and keep half cup for cornflour paste.
Now add rice in milk and cook 3/4 milk cooked.
Now add cornflour in milk and add in kheer.
Stir continue. Otherwise lumps formed.
Now add sugar, raisins.
Cook till milk half.
Now switch off gas and add melon seeds, cardamom powder and coconut.
Now chilled in fridge and serve. Decorate with almonds and pistachios.
