Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup boiled rice 1 cup potato boiled

  • 1 carrot chopped 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 capsicum chopped

  • 1/2 cup green peas

  • 1/2 cup fried onion

  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves

  • 2 tbsp mint leaves chopped

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 2 onion chopped

  • 2 tometo chopped

  • 2 tsp kaju paste

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 cup curd

  • 1 tbsp biryani masala

  • 1 tsp red chili pwd

  • 1 tsp turmric pwd

  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp green chilli paste

  • 1 cup coriander leaves and mint leaves

Directions

    Take a bowl mix rice,potato mashed,bread crumbs

    Add veggies

    Add onion,coriander leaves,mint,

    Add garam masala ,salt ,black pepper and lime juice

    Mix well

    Make kabab

    shallow fry kabab

    Make a paste in mixer with onion ,tometo ,kaju and ginger garlic paste

    Take a pan heat oil

    Add onion paste

    Add all masala

    Add curd

    Mix well properly

    Add mint and coriander leaves

    Take a serving trey put kabab on it

    Spread greavy on it
