Base dough: 1) 1 n hlf cups maida (all purpose flour) 2) 1 tsp yeast 3) 2 tbsp oil 4) 1 tbsp nido (milk powder) 5) salt 6) 1 tsp fresh cream Sauce: 1) 4 tomatoes (chopped) 2) salt 3) chilli powder 4) 1 red chilli or chilli sauce 5) 1 tsp oil 6) 1 tbsp tomato puree 7) 1/2 tsp oregano n lil thyme o basil Toppings: 1) 1/4 kg chicken boneless cubes, prawns o fillet cubes (pan fried in little oil, with garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder) 2) veggies of your choice (i use capsicum, french beans, sweetcorns, onions, mushrooms n olives) 3) mozarella cheese grated
Directions
Base dough: .... bind soft dough using all ingredients with warm water, n let rise for an hr n half.... punch back, roll them in puris of roti thickness then lay on greased cupcake tray, let it rise for 10mins (optional: then take another same tray and keep on it and press slightly)..... Then bake in oven on 200°C to pinkish color (if using another tray to cover it, remove the top one and let it cool)... Then remove from mould.... Sauce: .....blend all accept oregano with 1/4 cup of water, add herbs and keep on boil till its fine paste.... remove and let it cool.... Instructions: 1) On each cuppies fill in 1 tbsp of tomato paste 2) Fill in little veggies 3) Put chicken pcs 5) Put cheese n sprinkle little thyme 6) Bake on 200°C till cheese melts
