You will need: 1) Veggie and Steak filling 2) Mashie 3) Puff Pastry Filling: 1) 1/2 kg Beef Fillet (Chinese Cut) 2) Salt 3) Black Pepper powder 4) smol pc of Ginger (slivered) 5) 5 cloves of Garlic (chopped) 6) 4 Tomatoes (blend it) 7) 1 tsp Chilli Powder 8} 2 tbsp Tomato Puree 9) 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 10) 1 cup Sweet Corns 11) 1 tsp Hot Sauce 12) 1 tsp Paprika 13) Salt 14) 1 tsp Vinegar 13) 2 cups chopped Veggies (Capsicum, French Beans, Cauliflower n Carrots) 15) 1 tbsp Ginger/Garlic paste 14) 3-4 Potatoes (boiled, mashed then added salt, pepper, chilli powder and lemon juice

Method: Marinate fillet in ginger n garlic paste, salt n chilli powder for 3 hrs... In a pan add oil n braise fillet til its nice brown color... Remove in a plate when cooled down cut in small pcs... In the same pan add onions n braise till pinkish brown add tomatoes n cook a little then add veggies and the rest of sauces, chopped garlic n ginger, paprika and corn, cook on high flame if its too watery... Make sure its saucy not dried up.. Pie Making: 1) In a big casserole put a thin layer of mashie all over the base and level it 2) Now pour filling, and spread evenly 3) Roll puff pastry and cover the filling 4) Make slits and glaze with beaten egg 5) Bake in oven on 230°C till nice golden brown color
