Ingredients
Serves 4
onions -3
shallots - 10
garlic clove - 6
ginger - 1 small piece
green chilli - 5
tomato - 1 chopped
curd - 2 tbsps
salt - 1 tbsps
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
cooking oil - 4-5 tbsp
beef - 250gms
ghee - 2 tbsp
rice - 3 cups
coconut milk - 3 cups
water - 3 cups
Directions
take a pressure cooker and pour some oil into it when heated.Now put the chopped onions into the cooker and sauté it.Grind shallots,chillies,garlic,ginger and put them into the cooker.Stir for some time,until they are cooked.Add chopped tomato to this mixture and stir well.Now put some salt,turmeric powder and garam masala powder and stir.After which pour some curd into it and then put the beef which were made to small pieces and pressure cook until the beef is three fourth cooked.Now add rice and water and add some ghee to it.Pressure cook it for 10 -15 mins in simmer until the rice is well cooked.Now the meat rice is ready to eat!
while adding water and rice, add coconut milk along with it!
