Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Sweet potato 1/2 kg


  • Sugar 50 gram


  • Grated coconut 5 to 8 tablespoon

Directions

  • Wash and clean the sweet potato
  • Cut into small pieces and place it in a Idli mould and cook for 15 to 20 minutes
  • Remove the skins and keep it aside
  • When it is cool down mash it well
  • Add sugar Palm jaggery grated coconut and mix well
  • Shape it like round balls
  • Garnish with grated coconut and serve
