Urad dal 1/2 cup
Rice 1 cup
Salt 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1/2 tablespoon
Grated coconut 4 tablespoon
Directions
Wash and clean the rice and urad dal and keep it aside
Soaked urad dal for 15 minutes
In a pressure cooker add urad dal rice salt and three and half cup water and mix well
Pressure cook for 15 to 20 minutes and medium flame
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds curry leaves cumin seeds 1 tbsp urad dal and Fry it
And grated coconut and fry it for 30 seconds
Add Above Tadka to the cooked rice and Mix well
