Heat ghee in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and finely chopped onions
Saute' till transparent and now add , all the spices mentioned in the ingredients
Add all the finely chopped vegetables, mix well and adjust salt according to taste and cook cover for next 5 minutes on low heat
Add hung curd to the cooking veggies mix well , cook till oil separates and switch off the heat
Now take a microwave safe dish and grease it with some butter. Layer it with half done rice in the bottom
Now give the layer of cooked veggies and then again cover it with the layer of rice
Repeat the process 3 to 4 times and lastly cover it with the layer of rice
On top Sprinkle the saffron soaked in milk on top layer and cover it with fried onion and white cashew nuts
Cover the dish and microwave it for 10 minutes on lowest temperature
flavourful veg dum biryani is ready to relish.
