Italian Grilled Kulcha

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2 kulcha

  • 1 carrot

  • 50 gm paneer

  • 1/4 c corn

  • 1/4 c capsicum

  • 1 onion

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp mixed herb

  • 1 tsp chili flakes

  • 1 tsp salt( to taste)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3-4 cloves garlic

  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese

Directions

    First chop all vegetables.

  • 02

    Now heat a pan and add 1/2 tbsp butter. Add garlic.

    Now add onion, salt and fry.

  • 04

    Now add all veggies and cook on High flame for 3-4 minutes.

    Now add spices and mayonnaise, ketchup.

    Now switch off the gas.

  • 07

    Now cut kulcha in two pieces and fill the filling and grate the cheese.

    Now grease with butter and grill it.

  • 09

    Serve with salad .
