Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 100 gm mango chocolate slab

  • 100 gm strawberry chocolate slab

  • 50 gm cake

  • 1/2 c cocktail fruits

  • 1 c whipped cream

  • 6 gems

  • 1 tbsp sprinkle

  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup

Directions

    First melt both chocolate in microwave for 30 sec. Then stir and again for 30 sec.

    Now take a silicon mould and fill the chocolate and cover all sides and remove extra chocolate.

    Keep in fridge for 10 minutes. Again do same process of step 2. keep in fridge till set.

    Now demould the cups and keep in fridge.

  • 05

    Now whip the cream.

  • 06

    Now crumble the cake and fill in cup.

  • 07

    Now fill cocktail fruits.

  • 08

    Fill whip cream in a piping bag and fill the cup. Decorate with gems , chocolate syrup and sprinkle.
