  • Multigrain wheat...3cup


  • Spinach paste...1/2cup


  • Beetroot paste...1/2cup


  • Oil...2cup


  • Salt...1tspn


  • Boiled potato...3


  • Panch foron seeds...1tspn


  • Green chilli...2

Directions

  • Make three different dough.For white dough use wheat,oil,salt & required water.
  • For green colour dough mix spinach paste.
  • For red colour dough use beetroot paste.
  • Now make same size poori of all three different dough
  • We need 2 white roti, 1 beetroot roti ,1 spinach roti & 1 mixed roti.
  • Now arrange all the rotis one after another.
  • Roll it now.
  • Cut it into small pieces.
  • Roll it & deep fry it.
  • For alu sabzi, heat 1 tspn oil.Add panch foron seeds & green chilli.Let it crackle.
  • Add boiled, chopped potato ,turmeric powder& salt.Mix it well & add 1/2cup water.
  • Boil it for few minutes & then serve it with poori.
