First make the dosa. For that mix 1 cup of dosa batter n 1/2 cup of melted dark chocolate.
Use a non stick pan for making the dosas. Make dosas of 3inch diameter. After making all the chocolate dosas keep them aside. It will make 7 to 8 dosas.
Now layer each dosa one above the other with chocolate ganache in between.
Now make crumbled milk chocolate. For this first melt 1/2 cup milk chocolate compound in a double boiler. After melting add 1 tsp of milk n 1/2 tsp of butter n give a mix. Turn off the flame.
Now coat the chocolate dosa layering with the crumbled milk chocolate.
Sprinkle powder sugar all over the cake n then sprinkle cinnamon powder. Your choco dosa cake is all ready to cut n serve.
