Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Cooked Rice 3 cup


  • Chopped Onions 1/2 cup


  • Chopped Capsicum 1/4 cup


  • Chopped Tomatoes 1/2 cup


  • Boiled Diced Potatoes 1/2 cup


  • Boiled Green Peas 1/2 cup


  • Butter 3 tsp


  • Cumin Seeds / Jeera 1 tsp


  • Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp


  • Green Chiili Paste 1 tsp


  • Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirchi 1/2 tsp


  • Turmeric Powder / Haldi 1/4 tsp


  • Pav Bhaji Masala 2 tsp


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Chopped Coriander Leaves 4 tsp

Directions

  • On a preheated Tawa, add 3 tsp of Butter and allow it to heat for few seconds.
  • Then add 1 tsp of Cumin Seeds (Jeera), ½ cup of chopped Onions and sauté for 2 to 3 Min.
  • Now add ½ tsp of Garlic Paste, ¼ cup of chopped Capsicum and mix well nicely for more 2 to 3 Min on medium flame only.
  • Then add 1 tsp of Green Chilli Paste, ½ cup of chopped Tomatoes and allow the Tomatoes to cook for 2 Min.
  • Then add all the spices, ½ tsp of Red Chilli Powder, ¼ tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi), 2 tsp of Pav Bhaji Masala, ½ tsp of Salt and mix well.
  • Now add ½ cup of boiled and diced Potatoes, ½ cup of boiled Green Peas and give a nice mix.
  • Finally add 3 cup of boiled and cooked Rice and mix with the help of two spoons to avoid breaking of the Rice.
  • Lastly add 4 tsp of chopped Coriander Leaves and mix well.
  • Tawa Pulao is now ready serve hot with a ½ piece of Lemon Slice.
