Tie up the full fat yoghurt in a clean cloth at first. Place it in a strainer underneath which there is a bowl for collecting the whey. This whey can be re used in many a ways.
Place it in a clean and dry place on the kitchen counter if the weather is cold. Otherwise it is better to refrigerate it overnight.
Next day, make a puree with the ripe and juicy plums along with the powdered sugar.
Add this blended puree to the hung curd or the strained yoghurt along with a pinch of cardamom or nutmeg powders. Mix well and top it up with pistachio slivers. Refrigerate until chilled.
