  • Full fat yoghurt 800 gm

  • Ripe Plums 7-8

  • Powdered sugar 6-7 tbsp

  • Pistachio slivers 3 tbsp

  • Cardamom powder 1/8 tsp

  • OR Nutmeg powder 1/8 tsp


  • Tie up the full fat yoghurt in a clean cloth at first. Place it in a strainer underneath which there is a bowl for collecting the whey. This whey can be re used in many a ways.
  • Place it in a clean and dry place on the kitchen counter if the weather is cold. Otherwise it is better to refrigerate it overnight.
  • Next day, make a puree with the ripe and juicy plums along with the powdered sugar.
  • Add this blended puree to the hung curd or the strained yoghurt along with a pinch of cardamom or nutmeg powders. Mix well and top it up with pistachio slivers. Refrigerate until chilled.
  • Serve this fruity delicious hung curd delight super chilled to enjoy it thoroughly.
