Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For base,,,,,1 cup green moong


  • 1/4 cup rice


  • 1/2 cup chana dal


  • 6 garlic


  • 2 tsp salt to taste


  • 3 tsp red chilli pwd


  • For greavy,,,, 2 onion chopped


  • 4 hybrid tometo pyuri


  • 1 capsicum chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp green chilli paste


  • 2 tsp tometo sauce


  • 1 tsp coriander pwd


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp turmric pwd


  • 2 tsp cornflour


  • 1 onion rings


  • 1 capsicum rings


  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves


  • 1 cup pizza sauce


  • 5 cubes cheese

Directions

  • Take a mixer jar put moong,chana dal,rice,garlic and 1 tsp red chilli pwd 1 tsp salt
  • Grind it like dosa better
  • Make small uttapa of this better
  • Keep it side
  • Take a pan heat 1 tsp butter
  • Add onion and capsicum chopped ginger garlic paste
  • Saute it for 2 min
  • Add salt and masala
  • Mix well add tometo pyuri
  • When it is thick add tometo sauce
  • Mix well add cornflour water
  • Mix well
  • Add coriander leaves
  • Keep it for 5 min
  • Take mini uttpa
  • Spread pizza sauce
  • spread greavy on it
  • Keep onion rings and capsicum rings
  • Spread greated cheese
  • Heat tava put pizza on it
  • Close with lid for 5 min.
  • Ready to serve
