Maida - 1 cup
Instant Yeast - 3/4 tsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Water -1/4 cup if required
In a bowl add maida, sugar, yeast, salt and knead it till it combines.
Cover and keep in a hot place for 45 minutes till it doubles.
Punch down and knead the dough.
Roll the dough with thickness of 1/2 inch
Now with help of doughnut cutter cut into doughnut.
Keep it for 30 minute on a hot place.
Bake the donuts for 25 minutes at 180 degrees preheated oven.
Dip in chocolate and sprinkle confetti & enjoy
