Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken 1/4 kg

  • Salt 1 tablespoon

  • Tomato 3

  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon

  • Chili powder 1 tablespoon

  • Cabbage leaves 8

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tablespoon

  • Onion 1

Directions

    Heat water in a pan and add cabbage leaves and cook for 3 minutes

  • 02

    Crime the tomatoes and make it like puree

  • 03

    Heat Pan and add tomato puree and add Ginger garlic paste half tablespoon chili powder and cook for 5 minutes and water if required.. now tomato sauce is ready

    Grinder boneless chicken and keep aside

  • 05

    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan add fennel seeds grinded chicken salt ginger garlic paste chili powder Garam Masala and cook for 5 minutes

    Stuffed the above mixture into the cabbage leaves and fold it

  • 07

    Pour tomato sauce on top of the rolls hand cover with excess cabbage leaves

  • 08

    Place it in a baking tray and bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 30 minutes
