Ingredients

  • Blueberries - 100 gm


  • Apple (chopped) - 1


  • Milk - 1 cup


  • Honey - 1 tbsp (can be increased or decreased according to personal preference)


  • Walnuts - 4

Directions

  • Blend everything together in a jar, until smooth enough.
  • Pour this into glasses and serve immediately.
  • P.S : milk can be replaced with coconut Milk, or soy milk or yoghurt
