Ingredients

  • Cooked rice 1 cup


  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup


  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon


  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tablespoon


  • Chana dal 1 tablespoon


  • Curry leaves 1 tablespoon


  • Cumin seed 1/2 tablespoon


  • Red Chillies 2

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds cumin seeds curry leaves red chilli chana dal and fry it for 1 minute
  • Add salt and grated coconut and fry it for 30 seconds
  • Switch off the flame and cooked rice and mix well
