Cooked rice 1 cup
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1/2 tablespoon
Chana dal 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves 1 tablespoon
Cumin seed 1/2 tablespoon
Red Chillies 2
Directions
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds cumin seeds curry leaves red chilli chana dal and fry it for 1 minute
Add salt and grated coconut and fry it for 30 seconds
Switch off the flame and cooked rice and mix well
